Canal Plaza
The Plaza is the office response to Century City’s new urbanist ideals. The flagship of the wetlands precinct, Canal Plaza is to be a 12 storey office tower of 7 000m2.
The flagship of the wetlands precinct, Canal Plaza is to be a 12 storey office tower of 7 000m2 at the confluence of canals and surrounded by a 3 000m2 garden on natural ground enabling a grove of 5m palms, water features and recreational/gathering spaces. The Plaza is the office response to Century City’s new urbanist ideals. Canal Plaza’s parking garage and loft component are cut into Century Boulevard’s bank and complement Boulevard Place in scale and movement.
Construction to commence in 2009.
