Luxury Retirement Resort

This multi-facited environment offers a quality of life that most residents were previously not able to enjoy. An internal street links the apartment blocks and the 375 apartments enabling easy movement by the elderly and incapacitated residents amongst one another and to luxurious facilities.

Through the entire complex there are no steps, other than the escape stairs. Along the internal street there are lounges, green houses, cafes, sundecks, an internal river with fishponds and fountains as well as a clubhouse with numerous unique seating and lounge areas for intimate and semi-private gatherings.

The wellness center with its 25m-heated pool, sauna, steam room, massage and yoga facilities etc. are there to generate maximum therapy and wellness in the community. A range of care, concierge, personal transport, cleaning and other personal services are available to apartment residents.

A short walk away, the 110 bed Oasis Care Center accommodates both short term stays by Oasis residents as well as full time frail care, step down, Alzheimers and a range of geriatric care services. A large compliment of highly trained staff, doctors, nurses and therapists operate a 24 hour managed care hospital.

The Oasis Retirement Resort is a campus that accommodates the full range of later life experiences and particularly seeks to avoid separation of couples when one partners health deteriorates while the others remains able to enjoy community, friendship, social activity, great food, therapy, nature and entertainment.
